Miss call alert information not get last 20 days
This is reference that my IDEA number is 9432523700 Port in IDEA of 07 September , dated 07/09/2019. Then I activated miss call alert information on 07.10.19, but that day when my mobile is switch off or not reachable, i have received all messages except only miss call alert from IDEA Service .
When I called up customer care service number, they told me Miss Call alert issue will be shout out in 48 hours but till now no result get positively .
