‘HDFCSL=004-658-544’ Policy Nos. 18883234
The point is I am getting generic mail that the docs were issued and I sud have read it despite the fact that the agent duped me by miscommunicating the definition of ‘Guaranteed Value’. He said I quote ‘ Rs 6 lak in the 12th yr and then annuity of Rs 41 K after tax for rest 15 yrs from 13th yr onwards. Also, he suppressed any information on ‘Lock In’ period. He said u will get a call to confirm that u hv taken policy from me to which u can say Yes. I was explained illogical returns and appeared gud, so I okayed the call too. When I checked with ur customer call centre, there is no Rs 6 lakh in 12th yr and so I want my premium back as it is a case of MISSALE
