Dear all,

I have in the past used Tatasky broadband services and had to discontinue it due to wrong sales commitments way back in November ’20.

It’s my mistake that I again tried to trust the services when I received a message on my Whatsapp and fell prey to the wrong miss-selling which I was not aware of.

I was taken on call by your vendor/agency person by the name of  Ms. Sudha – 8130541514 and she assured me that the undermentioned services will be part of the plan: That’s the message that was sent to me, copy below

I was made to speak with your Tatasky Broadband executive Mr. Aftab Ahmed – 9990078641 while I was talking to Ms. Sudha and he assured me that all the services will be done as I was an existing Tatasky TV subscriber by evening, yesterday (7th Feb, 2021).

I upgraded to a higher plan and subscribed to a 150 MBPS unlimited plan with Amazon Firestick and a Landline connection by paying Rs. 3186/- (ONLINE) and he asked me to pay Rs. 600 in (CASH) to the executive Mr. Anurag – 9310335418. No receipt was given for this!

While the Internet connection and phone line was installed within 3 hours of my sending the receipt of the payment, the Amazon Fire TV Stick has still not been delivered in spite of 33 calls in the last 24 hours. Both the agency executive Sudha & Tatasky Executive Mr. Aftab stopped picking my calls and have been ignoring

There is no update from any one of them and I had no other option than to go back to my earlier service provider Airtel who I have been with for the last 15 years. Sorry to say, I am hugely disappointed as I am a subscriber to the Tatasky TV – Customer ID: 1007936006 and have had no issues with your other company. Really saddened.

My request to you is that you may kindly disconnect the services and also refund my money which is Rs. 3186 (Online) + Rs. 600 (Cash) to my below-mentioned account number at the earliest possible.

New Customer ID : C2102025169 (Date of Installation 07/02/2021)

Date of filing the complaint with Tatasky Broadband – 08/02/2021

Cash given Rs 600/- was transferred through Google Pay to me when I complained but the Tatasky Hardware has still not been taken away from my residence in-spite of reminding the customer service umpteen number of times and today when I checked, My account is still showing in active stage !! No one is helping while I have escalated the matter to the highest level including the appellate authority of Tatasky.

On top of it, I am subjected to SMS from Tatasky broadband for recharges on my earlier discontinued connection.

Please help me to get my security refunded and then I am done with this.
