The jio customer service is very bad they give false commitment give wrong information I need refund of 1000 as they told me if I do a recharge of 1000 I can watch OTT BUT THATS NOT THE FACT. I don’t have access to any ott. When I complaint they disconnected my call. When I called back they told me they will arrange call back but there was no call back. How can a person lie on a recorded call.
Kind check all the calls made by me and I want all the people to be removed from call. I also want Jio to send those call recordings to me as I want to know if there are 100 perscent call recordings happening in jio or not. I don’t expect such nonsense from Jio. Jio is a big brand and a growing company if you have such people on call your company will not last longer. As one unsatisfied customer can take 1000 customer out of your company.
I can understand a low level adviser can do a mistake once but I and made almost 10 to 11 calls all 10 people gave 10 different answers what was not acceptable. That means either the training is not proper or people are ok to lie on calls as they are not scared of losing their jobs and there is no call recordings happening and Jio is fooling customers.
When I asked them to arrange Manager they started giving excuses of working from home so they can’t arrange manage. Then they told me they can arrange call back from manager in an hours time. But that manager never called back which shows the unprofessional behaviour of the senior manager. This made me more angry and I don’t except such behaviour from management of jio. This means they are not following the government guidelines given.
Hence I request to acknowledge this complaint and reply as soon as possible
