Text of Complaint by Manish Angira:

Dear Sir,

This is Manish Angira, an active member of  Club Mahindra with member id 280374 from Feb 2018, at the time of membership offering, Mr Harsh from kanpur Club Mahindra Office with their sales team has called me for a meeting @ Mathura Macdonald, Refinary @9:30 in evening, & start selling their product in which they have offered White Studio Membership and told to pay inr 10,669/- as ecs payment for next 6 months then u can stop ecs facility and can make payment according to your terms, no maintenance charges to be paid if you are not availing any facilities @ resort like SPA, Jim, or any other activity inside the resort, offered a gift voucher for Tanishq Jwellers worth of INR 7,500/- but they gave me Kalyan Jwellers Gift Voucher, Till now i have not get a credit of a referral of my uncle for 10,000/-, who took the membership on very next day to me, i called them several times for those points but never responded back,

Felling very cheated by them and no one is picking the calls, nor anyone replying to my queries, like to file a case against them and want my all money back that i paid to them till now,

Please help me in this case,
