I write to inform you that in the First week of March 2020 I changed the port from Vodafone to airtel to my Mobile Phone No. 7829883504. I intend to have a Miss call alert information pack and also I came to know that there will be no charges for the first 30 days. for which I tried several times to activate the said pack by SMS “START” to 121, dialing *321*800#, *321*881#. But no result was found. I sent several email letters on dated 08.03.2020, 11.03,2020, 16.03.2020, 17.03.2020, 20.03.2020, 24.03.2020, 01.04.2020, 12.04.2020, 17,04.2020 and 01.05.2020 to 121 @in.airtel.com, but in vain. Further I am very regret to inform you that in spite of lapse of about 2 months the concerned fails to activate the said pack.
