Hi,

I am using airtel broadband last 2 years but last few months I am very frustrated with connection issue. Sometimes net doesn’t work some times phone doesn’t work and I raise the complain. I raised the complain for phone not working on 20th oct and Technician called me and told that I have received the complain regatding net and I have fixed it check and confirm. I told him I have raised the complain for phone but he started the argument and told me I have received only for net not for phone, I can’t fix this issue.
