I purchased a Realme TechLife 2023 Range 1.5 Ton 4 Star Split Inverter 4-in-1 Convertible with Flexi-Control Technology AC from Realme TechLife on April 13, 2023. The invoice date is April 15, 2023. Before purchasing the product, I was informed by Realme TechLife representatives that the product comes with three free servicing sessions within the warranty period. However, when I attempted to avail the second free servicing session, I was informed by Realme TechLife customer service that there are no free servicing sessions included in the warranty coverage. This discrepancy has caused inconvenience and frustration as it contradicts the information provided to me at the time of purchase. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Realme TechLife customer service, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Additionally, the AC warranty is not yet completed.
