Greetings of the Day
I have taken a New Broadband Connection for this I have made an online Payment on 16/05/2019. Broadband setup was done on 18/05/2019 by 12.35pm.
MY plans Details is
Monthly Rental @349, Unlimited Data, @8Mbps
I had Paid Rs 1235 for this plan for 3 months
I am not able to such speed on system. Now maximum Download Speed is 1.05mbps Only.
So, I complained About it.
Customer Representative and Technicians are saying That, what this 8mbps speed is only Browsing Speed, not Downloading.
While I was taking That connection, I clearly told them for this concern, that I only taking this connection for downloading purpose.
And There is no discloser of facts on their plan description about this.
Sir, speed includes both, Downloading and Browsing. why I am not getting it.
Technician said that in Fiber connection you will receive same speed for downloading and browsing but they given me a Copper wire connection. They also didn’t Disclosed on their Site about it.
They are forcing to check Connection speed on “ www.Speedtest.net” , WHEN we check speed, they’re then the output result show a Download Speed and Upload speed
There Is nothing Mentioned like Browsing SPEED
I want CLAIM Companion for this Fraud. I ask to them cancel my connection, they said it will take 45 days to refund my amount and deduct the use of it. I demand my Refund within 24hrs of my Installation of this connection. They are not giving the details about my refund, what exact amount I will receive.
I have no more money to spend, I want to take another connection. Please help
