I had ordered a Samsung 1.5 Ton AirConditioner. The warranty for the product was shown as 5 years while I was ordering. I ordered and completely paid the amount. Then after few hours Flipkart changes the warranty period and reduces it to 1 year for the same product.
When I reach their customer care and shared the screenshots showing 5years, they took almost 4 days to look into the issue. Finally, they came back with a simple sorry for the mistake from their end. All I get is an apology while I am at loss of money, time, trust.
If the product had shown me the correct warranty period, I would have gone for another brand which offers me good services at an affordable price, but Flipkart deceived me by showing a wrong warranty period and allured me to buy the product that is originally having less warranty period… Now the prices are increased and I lost the market’s competitive prices as the offer periods ended.
