Text of Complaint by Harsh Vishwakarma:

I’ve sent a message “PORT” to 1900, lately an agent contacted me and helped me with my issue..

My issue was that I’m not getting a good offer from Airtel so I want to port my sim to Jio. The agent told me that Airtel will provide me 1.4 gb per day instead of 1 gb per day at ₹399 but when I’ve done the recharge. I got only 1 gb per day data.

I’m unsatisfied with Airtel’s service. Also when I contacted 198 for help the agent talked rudely. So ai need an action against all the above.
