Text of Complaint by Vimala Gupta:

One year back I got Airtel broadband service. They told me that I will get 40Mbps service for 699+taxes per month. But it seems like they are giving me only 16Mbps service for the past 12 months because “that is the only plan available in the area”. The 16Mbps plan is 449+ taxes on mothly basis. Thus Airtel misrepresented and then have been charging me for a higher plan than what they have offered. When I spoke to agent he says he is sorry but cannot do anything. He also said his supervisors are all busy and not available to talk to me.
