Text of Complaint by Anand Iyer:

THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY
I have been a customer with Airtel for last 4 years under postpaid and a prepaid custimer for the last 2 days.
I hold 3 numbers 7028920843, 7028920853, 7028920863
Over the last 3 years I have been facing serious network issues. Though the complaint was raised in 2016 it was recorded by you only in Nov 2017.
As I had shared these numbers at multiple places, I have no bandwidth to update these and this was sufficient for Airtel to bully me.
Finally when I wantwed to PORT these numbers, Airtel came with DIRTY tricks once again.
I was promised that I can change this to prepaid with minimal plan to keep it active.
The next concern was I subscribed for this in Maharashtra circle while I shifted to Mumbai circle.
For every small request I have to go down to a Maharashtra circle gallery.
The so called relationship managers told me they would change my number to prepaid following which I can have it changed to the desired circle.
The pre-requisites were pay last bill, pay pro-rate charges for 5 days, recharge in prepaid.
After doing the first 2, I came into prepaid but could not use as there was no recharge. Again the team asked me to recharge. I recharged for a year and now when I go to change the circle I’m told that my recharge would be forfeited.
To add to this the postpaid division says it has to be discussed with prepaid and prepaid says it was a wrong information provided by postpaid so I should go back there.
At the end I’m left nowhere. Yesterday I have knocked the doors of TRAI.
This is my hard earned money.
Please give a concrete resolution.
Thanks
