Text of Complaint by Chethan Kurbas:

  • I have made an order online from ekart. The product  was airpods combo, but I have not received the exact same thing  that I’ve  seen online and I’ve recived some other headset  which  I didn’t order!! And ekart  isn’t responding  to the problem and they have not given their contact  details  properly. They have  totally misplaced the order.

Flipkart  had also not made any progress  in helping  me out they have  totally ignored even though ekart  was it’s subsidairy.
