I had travelled from Ahmedabad to Delhi on PNR: H2TUJE on 31st Aug 2023.
On Delhi airport I was conveyed that my luggage has not yet reached airport. I had my connecting flight to Barcelona and the airlines promised to deliver my bag to Europe destination where I was travelling in 24-48 hours. I have been following up on mails, have made numerous calls to customer care and they have provided no update yet. It is more than 72 hours now and I have my clothes, accessories, medicines in my luggage. This careless behaviour of airline has impacted my health. Please do this on priority and deliver my bag NOW. Is this how the airline should treat their customers? This is harassment now! Attaching my PIR and bag tag for reference.
