Im ordered a combo of 4 shirts from Myshoponline.com website.But after receiving the order i’ve opened the cover infront of the delivery executive.He said that he will wont take back if he opens the cover.But we explained him that “if we wont open the cover then how can we know that the product is genuine and the product is good ?”. Then also he refused to open infornt of him. But we opened the cover infront of him. Then we got some used Jeans Pant. But we ordered 4 shirts from the website.
Please kindly look into the complaint and please take some action against the Company
I ordered one dress a few days back and for the same I received a confirmation whatsapp message also. After confirming the order, I received my order which is totally different. For the same I paid my Rs 1600 which is not a small amount. Trying to connect with them but they not responding.
