Text of Complaint by Rupz:

Booked a hotel on Aug 19th with full cancellation applicable and no payment needed till Dec 23. Suddenly the property asks for full payment non-refunbale payment to confirm the booking. Spoke to Agoda and they are not standing by the TCs mentioned on their webiste and asking as well for the payment. This is dissapointing and totally unaccetpable.
