The bag for which order was placed was a ‘Multipurpose High Lenghth Bag’ with a buy 1 get 1 free offer, but the order delivered to us was a small handbag. Despite of mailing this concern to the on their mail id, no response has been received yet. This looks like a complete fraud of INR 999/- Refund is also not processed. Please be cautious all.
