I ordered two kurtis through a seller in Lucknow. He shipped the order through xpressbees courier service. The courier agency instead of delivering it to me in Odisha, sent it to Panipat stating misroute as a reason. I and the seller had complained numerous times through their customer service but no action was taken. Kindly take an action against such agencies who lose the customer’s package by deliberately delaying the order.
