This app makes promises to the user to directly pay winnings in to thier bank account upon request in which I have submitted and nothing has been actioned after the date promised (7 days)

I’ve played this game that said that I would get money as long as I played I did that And cashed out 4 times and never got my money and I was counting on it to get my wife to be home but they keep giving me the run around and resetting the timer 4 24 hours. I need my money that they promised me that if I won I could cash out and get the money.
