Text of Complaint by VENU GOPAL RAO BEHARA:

I AM AN NRI WORKING IN DUBAI. I RECENTLY APPROACHED A HOME LOAN BUYOUT FROM KARUR VYSYA BANK AT MY HOMETOWN ANAKAPLLE, ANDHRAPRADESH. DESPITE PROVIDING ALL DOCUMENTS REQUESTED FROM THEM BY SPENDING TIME AND MONEY FOR ALMOST 4 MONTHS, THE BANK MANAGER DID NOT BOTHER TO SUPPORT AND WITH SHEER NEGLIGENCY HE INFORMED THAT HE WILL NOT DO THE PROCESS. I HAVE ALL THE PROOFS TO SHOW HOW RELUCTANT ARE THEY TOWARDS A CUSTOMER. IT IS DISHEARTENING AND SHATERRED ALL OUR FINANCIAL PLANS.
