Good day
I usually recharge my airtel account with 149 plan monthly. Since my daughter needs data for her online classes so I recharged with 251 plan of Airtel on August 10 by checking the Airtel thanks app and recharged through phonepe. The plan said it has no validity mentioning “VALIDITY: NA” so I thought it has lifetime validity. After recharging I got message stating validity “Enjoy 50GB extra data valid till your current pack validity”.
when I saw this message I felt I’m cheated by Airtel. Airtel did not mention anything in the Airtel app or phonepe as it sent in the message after recharging account.
My outgoing call validity expired on 19th August and my incoming call validity expires on 26th August.
When I checked my data on 20th August it was zero MB. Airtel removed by data balance of 50 GB pack without any notifications and the sms sent by them after recharging account is also misleading which did not mention the incoming validity or outgoing validity.
Kindly address this issue and advise/make them to provide the correct information in publishing their plans and while sending SMS.
I am cheated by Airtel and need justification
