Hello Yesterday I recharged with ₹379 plan of Airtel because of the new hiked plan so SMS from Airtel arrived that recharge with any amount and your validy will start after your current plan get expired so i recharged but after I recharged my plan validity start by yesterday which cause me loss of 20 days validity. As regarding to this I called Airtel they told me you have to do recharge with the same amount to get validity and like that but there is no mention of amount in there SMS so This is totally misleading. Airtel didnt gave me proper reason and also not replied to my reply thats the reason of registering this complaint kindly help me with this
