The recharge prices are hiked by 20-25% from Nov 26th 2021, but before that there was an offer stating that if one recharge before Nov 26 2021 with old recharge price, the validity will start only after expiry of old recharge. But in my case it didn’t happen, the recharged pack validity started right the moment. I called consumer care, and they replied that they couldn’t do anything and that they are sorry. Neither they can refund nor extend validity.
