I have received a mail from TATA SKY on my mail id Krishankhokher@gmail.com on 11.12.18 that your account is going to be di activation soon and for next tenure you have to recharge an amount of Rs. 4620. I have recharged the same amount of my Tata Sky I’d 1147129355. However I have received again a msg from tata sky that you have to recharge of Rs. 990 for English movie then I made the said recharge also. Subsequently on today i.e 15.12.18, I have received again a msg to recharge of Rs 1925 for HD Access. My complain is that as I have recharged my account of Rs. 4620 then why the TATA SKY is misleading me to take money on the name of different name of recharge. This is ridiculous.
