Hi,
It’s shocking to see airtel misleads their customers. It’s not first time however every time they call and tell their customers about a plan. Recently it happened with me when they gave me information about 999rs rental plan and told me that you will get the discount and you will receive bill of rs765 after inclusion of taxes and I believe it and agree with it but that was my big mistake as now I have realised after my bill is sum total of rs845. I have conversation with supervisor ms neeru but she is in no mood to help me out and I have told her to cut my connection and she agrees with it. Didn’t expect this from airtel and now I am going to switch over. Thanks
