I had placed an order on 9th Feb 22 with Order ID EP2657986, while placing the order the delivery date provided by you was 9th Feb’22.
While checking the order status it is showing the order delivery date is 10th Feb’22 (Screenshot attached). already delayed by one day. On enquiring the same with your customer care the executive Mr.Gista informed the order will be delivered in 4 working days.
I have even paid a delivery charge of Rs.45 for the committed delivery date which is misleading information from your end. Even now the delivery date on your portal is showing as 10th Feb’22 while your executive tells it will take 4 working days with a very rude attitude.
