Text of Complaint by Tushar Garg:

Today , it is my worst experience.
As I am traveling from agra to delhi through NUEGo bus and due to having G20 summit in Delhi , I have confirmed from customer care for the given drop point in Delhi , but after boarding in bus and 30 mins got passed the bus conductor told that it will not go to given drop location and after that he also asked me that do you want to continue journey when I got stuck in mid-highway , then I tried to contact customer care and he connected me with some senior regarding drop point , he was very arrogant and rude in behaviour and told me that by hook and crook you have to drop off at the location which the conductor told and there is no any other option.already the bus is running late by around 45-50 mins and my drop point is shifted by 20-25 km from actual drop point and I have only 200 rupees .
So now you can imagine after reaching the delhi what will be my situation. It is just like I got stuck in hell , for all this NUEGo is responsible and I will raise this issue to consumer court also , of i didn’t get any response.
