Text of Complaint by Deepika:

This complaint is against the Airtel postpaid number. I am in contact with customer care from last 25 days now. As per the customer care executive the number can not be migrated to prepaid online and have to visit there center for the same.

I told her that I am not using the number from last 6 months now, so is there anything with which she can help and reduce the cost of my pending payments. She clarified the same and said has waived off some amount and asked to pay Rs. 1800 on 5th May. I made the payment same day as per her confirmation. Also, she mentioned that as you are not using your number you can put your number in locker which will not generate any fee and when it will be possible for you, you may reach to center to migrate your number.

Now on 15th have received the mail of pending payments, which as per her call waa waived off. Customer care team is claiming now that you need to make payment along with service charges to migrate to prepaid which is possible online.

Have sent emails and shared the details, and asked them to not to levy any charges when i have already made the payment. Executive understood the case and escalated it further. But already 7 days passed, have not received any resolution and receiving the same mail on my responses that i have to make payment which was waived off

Kindly help.
