Hello team,
I received a call from a number to sell standard chartered credit card with a limit of 5 lakhs rupees. I completed the verification and I also confirmed the amount twice before completing the verification. I was promised that I’ll receive a card with a limit of 5 lakhs rupees. However I received the card today(27/03/2023) and it says the credit card limit is 20000 rupees which is misleading. If I cancel the card now it will impact my Cibil score. I want this to be compensated and If I wanted to cancel the card it should not impact me in any way. Please help me with this case.
