I have applied for E Sim in VI UP EAST STORE on 11 dec and clearly told them that i now resides in Gujarat but they agreed to it and gave me the post paid sim . Now i am calling and mailing continuously and it us till date pending . They don’t reply to my mails and m mentally stressed because my number is not working . I am contacting them but they say that we are working on it .but till date I haven’t received any resolution .
