I was a regular user of Paytm Postpaid and made all the payments before time. Last year I noticed some charges on my bill and I raIsed a complaint. More than 10 calls and had a word with 3 Managers and there was no luck. They only agreed to refund 100 rupees and requested me to pay the rest. As I was concerned about my Cibil, I made the payment of the remaining amount and they said the 100 rupees will be adjusted in the next cycle. It’s been more than 9 months, no one is helping or resolving it and my account is locked. I am not bothered about my Paytm postpaid account but my Cibil is getting impacted.
