Due to recharge option I was recharged some smart recharge amount from airtel online.. Once done I couldn’t send SMS so I called customer care and done again recharge as per the advice/information from customer care .Note :That advice including that for existing recharge plan was not able to avail service of SMS and advised like “you need to recharge from ANYONE of UNLIMITED PLAN”then only you HAVE AVAIL SMS service .
With that I recharged one of the unlimited plan .But still I didn’t get any SMS services. Why and where is the mistake.
As I get advice from customer care I done recharge. I need that service. Otherwise give me a details about your customer services also I need a compensation against YOUR inconvenience. Because of that SMS services are not avail on time and I got some loss of financial .
CLEARLY I CAN EXPLAIN AND I HAVE PROOF ABOUT YOUR CHEATING.
I NEED A SOLUTION AND NEED TO FIX .
