Gave the vehicle to one of the gomechanic workshops in bengaluru. Saw the rating was very good around 4.8. But that’s a scam of freebies. Wiper is free if you rate them 5 star. Did not realise this until faced issues with them.
My case was to get the insurance claim and repair done of a minor bumper damage. But since the day vehicle has gone its almost 50 days, no progress has been done. A minor damage and whole team is unable to provide any update. No support. Create tickets and it gets closed on its own. If you escalate, nothing happens. Shittiest service. Lot of data collection. Aadhar PAN and what not with multiple folks from their team.
NEVER PROVIDE THE VEHICLE TO THEM. NEVER. GOMECHANIC IS SCAM.
Need my vehicle back with insurance and everything claimed.
