I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the service provided by Jio Air Fiber. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to formally lodge a complaint in hopes of resolving the issue amicably and promptly. Details of the Issue: Service Provider Switch: Previously, I was a satisfied customer of ACT Net, which provided a reliable internet connection with speeds of 250 Mbps for both upload and download. However, due to the need for a second connection, I was referred to Jio Air Fiber. Misleading Sales Information: I spoke to a sales representative named Rahul (unfortunately, I do not have his full name) on phone number 7683073401. Rahul assured me that Jio Air Fiber would provide a constant speed of 100 Mbps for both upload and download. Based on this assurance, I trusted Jio Air Fiber and opted for a yearly plan, paying Rs. 12,729.84. Service Installation and Speed Issues: After the connection was installed, I immediately checked the speed. While the download speed was around 100 Mbps, the upload speed was significantly lower, ranging between 10 to 20 Mbps. I contacted Rahul again on phone number 7683073401, but he then informed me that the speeds are “up to” and not constant, which was contradictory to his initial assurance. I also contacted the customer care number, and they reiterated that the speeds are not guaranteed to be constant. Request for Refund: Given the misleading information provided by Rahul and the unsatisfactory service, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, my request was denied. Conclusion: I was previously enjoying a good connection with ACT Fiber Net, and the switch to Jio Air Fiber has resulted in a significant decline in service quality. The misinformation provided by your sales representative led me to make a payment of Rs. 12,729.84 under false pretenses. Resolution Requested: I am seeking a full refund of Rs. 12,729.84, as I was misled regarding the service quality and speed. I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and process my refund at the earliest. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.
