Text of Complaint by Prakash Kumaran:

Kindly note, self had airtel broadband connection with a plan of 649 INR, 100 Mbps, 150GB+ airtel surprise 30GB till Sep 04th 2020. I suspect some foul play in data usage and tried registering complaint through airtel app and also tried to register for  disconnection of broadband. But, the option for cancelling the connection is not provided. So, a complaint was formally registered in an airtel store and the plan was amended by escalation manager Mr. Sabari promising 500GB data, 100 Mbps and Rs.499+tax on monthly basis in which the data also shall be carried forward.

Today on 05.09.2020 checked in airtel app and found the plan was changed to Rs.599/-, 40 GB and 40 Mbps. This was totally unacceptable and my plan was degraded. Called up customer care and Representative Monica attended at 17:00 hrs LT.She was totally unprofessional in responding and the complaint was not registered. Usually when a complaint is registered a happy code is given to customer and this time it was not received.

COMPLAINT: The plans are changing invariably and unacceptable charges are levied upon customer.The employees are misleading customers for their own benefits and behaving in an unprofessional and unethical attitude.
