I had ordered refurbished iPad Pro online from the web portal Flipz.com. I was assured that the order would be delivered within 4-5 days. Later, when I followed up with them, I was informed that the ordered model is not available with them. I asked for the refund and I got a reply that the refund would take 7-25 days. This was contrary to their claim that money would be refunded within 7 days. I asked them to start processing the refund. However, they are dragging their feet now and not giving any commited date of processing the refund and when money would be deposited to my account. The uncouth attitude of staff of Flipz.com is very frustrating as I keep writing them to process the refund for the product that they are unable to deliver. Need resolution as I have already transferred the entire amount of the order
