I purchased a subscrition from Broomees india for a cook and while buying the subscription , no one onformed me that I can use this subscription for a single city only . I was just informed that I can purchase the subscription and use it for 6 months . And if they say that it is mentioned in the terms and conditions of the company then they have mentioned a lot of other clauses too are mentioned here such as
1. There helpers are trained i.e you have a team of skilled workers .. I mean are you for real guyz ?? The helpers you sent to me yaar aap khana khaa kar dekhna unka and you would react the same way the way I am reacting . Your helpers say ki ma’am ek saal se khana nahi banaya toh bhul gayi , like are you kidding me??
I have paid for the subscription and the services which I get is not worth my money .. kitne dino tak aap profiles available nhi kar paate hain , I have to waste my money on zomato then . Aapne jitni profiles ab tak bheji , you call them yourself and ask them the issue .. I am not at fault here , aapki helpers ko roz chutti chahiye and I cant afford that
2. It was clearly mentioned that I will be getting a personal relationship manager who is going to help me at each and every step but what has happened with me is ki I text them , they dont even answer back , they dont even connect with the helpers , ab tak ek bhi achi profile bheji nahi . No , a big No
All of my money got wasted with this Broomes .
