Dear NoBroker Customer Support Team – SCAMMERS – FRAUD PORTAL – RM – MR. GURUPRASAD – CHENNAI
I am writing on behalf of One Path Housing, the owner of 35 plots listed with NoBroker. On July 4, 2025, I had a conversation with your sales representative who assured me of:
Updating multiple units for sale,
Providing unlimited owner contacts,
Ensuring that all 35 plots could be sold under an unlimited plan.
Despite these promises, the service falls far short: your representative has not followed through, and we have neither been given unlimited contacts nor updated unit listings.
I have recorded conversations validating these assurances, which clearly constitute a part of the contract. I now demand one of the following, within 7 calendar days:
A full refund of the amount paid, OR
Immediate conversion of our current subscription to the unlimited plan, as per promises made.
If this issue is not resolved within the stipulated timeline, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter via:
Public exposure on social media and real estate forums,
Approaching consumer courts, and
Initiating a chargeback through my credit provider.

Keep records of the call recordings and all correspondence.
💡 If No Response Action After 7 Days:
I will File a chargeback through your credit card provider (this method worked for others in similar cases) nobroker.in.
Refund my Amount Asap or change the plan asap.
Register a consumer complaint if needed.
Please treat this as a formal grievance under the consumer complaint channel. I expect a written confirmation of either refund processing or plan upgrade within one week.
