The executive has no information and he is misleading the customer.
I have a complaint:-
Last week one of your engineer, named sahil khan,visited to my house regarding some issues which i were facing with my tata sky connection as it showed no channels on screen. The engineer,sahil Khan, visited to me and told me that i have to upgrade my box as it’s not receiving signals due to damage which clearly can’t be fixed any more, as of results l,he concluded that box is dead and no alternate option is there instead of upgrading it to HD box because SD boxes aren’t available anymore from the tata sky.
I asked him to cross check with the settings it might have any settings issue but he continuously mislead me and left me without fix my issue with blue screen television.
Next day, i were master reset my box by myself and i wonder that it worked properly, dead set-up box is automatically receiving signals and worked fine.
Then again on that noon sahil khan visited to me and offer me to upgradation then i asked him how it’s work now. He is speechless and had no answers to my questions.
By this incident, i concluded that either he has not a single knowledge about his work or he is a fraud who mislead his customers who ask for his help by trusting tata sky.
I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of your representatives tata sky. I demand an answer to this.
