I have been misleaded and al also cheated by your sales executive debraj chakraborty who promised to give Amazon prime Netflix and 6; months 15 days validity all are absolutely fake i have paid rs 4240 to him accordingly to his instructions. So i want my Full amount to be refunded also device need to be picked up soon either else I have to take a legal action to consumer forum don’t force me to do it i have trust on jio and Mr Mukesh Ambani so do the needful take the necessary strict action and refund my whole amount soon also Sales head Mr rajib sarkar involved on it when I called up after my connection he is keep ignoring me registered mobile number 7439404155
