My refrigerator was not working properly. Technician was sent through authorised service centre and was unqualified and not trained.
He couldn’t analyse the problem and had put a sensor costing 1100 rs.
The problem was not resolved and for next three days the technician kept making excuses such as wiring was left to be done , i forgot to repair the fan etc.,
Services have been totally misleading even though they are charging me a service charge of rs 500
When asked on toll free no to be connected to senior manager i was put on a hold for 15 mins which was totally disappointing.
Serious actions to be taken against godrej for misleading, doing fraud, wasting time and money , giving unnecessary problems to the customer.
