Text of Complaint by Neeraj Saraswat:

I raised two request for separate out numbers 9456635955 and 8171804304 from family plan at around 1.15 pm on 10/04/2022 through calling toll free number 198 of airtrl and received message confirmation from airtel that your both numbers are seperated out from family plan at 1.19 pm same day. But only one no got separated out i.e 8171804304.
When i called the airtel executive again after passage of maximum allocated time of 8 hrs for seperate out request. He said that request is still pending. When i asked him to transfer his call to senior executive he transferred the call to some senior executive, this guy starting telling a different story that for separate out request address verification need to be done which was not told to me by any of the executive when i first raised the request moreover he said to me that address verification team visited and called you but you was not present at your residence place though i was present at my home whole time nor i received any call from airtel team. If it was compusalary to get residence verification done for separate out then it must have been told at the very first instance of calling and how come second number got separate out without residence verification done. Today i.e 11.04.2022 i again called toll free no 198 now the executive suggested me a new step that you can visit nearest airtel store for address verification. I visited airtel store along with my documentary proofs airtel store executive told me that it can be done at airtel store you have been guided wrong by toll free executive. Once again i have to come back without getting issue resolved.
I am waiting for reply from your side soon and proper action need to be taken for providing mis leading information to customer and not resolving customer request on time.
Soon a consumer case will also be lodged for all mental harassment done to me by your executives.
