Text of Complaint by Shiva Kumar:

I have purchased an AC from Amazon Ecommerce website. Along with they are also listed to select AC Installation Service by Samsung @ 1199+GST, which they have shown total to pay as 0.0 amount for the AC installation service. But during the Installation, a Service technician asked us for the installation charges and told us that the installation is not pre-paid and hast to paid. When I reached out Amazon customer service regarding this, they simply denying that its a free service, they are saying its only for booking a slot for installation. No where they mentioned clearly on their site that it has to be paid to the technician separately. And many electronic devices comes with the offer of free installation though there is some effort/fee to install. Amazon had clearly misled me to buy product on their platform with the bait of AC installation Service value as 0.0. This is clear case of misleading the customer to purchase the product on their portal. i have provided the attachment with the screen shots. pls address my complaint and help with the justice
