Airtel (sim) Is making fraud/fools customer by telling 5G unlimited. As I have checked it’s FUP is 300GB limited. No where mentioned as 300GB is limited. When we call to customer service they hangup calls or redirect to IVR and they says complaint raised and have to wait 24-48hrs after completing they still says have to wait more time. I have faced mental trauma with customer service and using this Airtel product. I hope only consumer court will resolve my issue.
