We signed up my child for HeyCoach’s abacus course, and the experience was highly disappointing. The classes were frequently rescheduled without warning, and many sessions lacked proper structure. There was little engagement from the instructors, which made the learning ineffective. After expressing our dissatisfaction and trying to discontinue the course, HeyCoach refused to offer any kind of refund. Their customer service was unhelpful, and the overall experience did not meet the expectations they set when advertising the course.
