Text of Complaint by Collins Thembani Mvalo:

I was applying for a loan after I finished your agents said I must hold someone will verifying some security verification which was not the case the agent read a script I stopped her asking girl is what you’re reading is the loan I am applying she said yes I then agreed on a mandate stage I asked her why the second mandate of which I already accepted mandate she didn’t send it proberbly she accept it on my be half I only saw welcome message of MOBISOS I went straight to my app I saw debit I immediately called agent called Calvin said is going to cancelled this I back up my cancelation via their customer service email requesting this cancelation I didn’t stop there I went to your Facebook I inboxed you requesting the same cancelation now I saw debit order that went through. I conclude it by requesting my refund n I will not stop until I get it it might be small but this is the lesson to your agent they desperately want to make their target at who expense. I will be waiting. I thank you.
