Recently i purchased jio phone 2 f20a.
On the box it was clearly mentioned that the phone comes with jio pay application. But when i opened the box and the phone there was no jio pay application installed on it.
In jio phone only jio sim work with plan specific for jio phone only.
So i ported from voda to jio.
I thought i will be able to use jio pay and make payments.
But now i am in dilemma as i cannot use my jio sim in any other device except jio phone. And without sim card i cannot use paytm, googlepay, or any online payment system.
And also on jio phone, jio pay is not provided to me. My all-online payment are now stopped. Please please make jio pay availabe on my jio phone. I am a student and every time i have to rush to atm for cash. Even i am not able to receive money.
Irony is that all other models of jio phone except my model has jio pay app. I checked online. I purchased this jio phone 2 f20a because, this was only latest model available online.
I purcahsed it on indiamart. I am in desperate need for an update on my device which supports jio pay.
I contacted jio customer care, some refused saying they cannot help me in this regard. Few replied but with no solution. I also filed complain on national consumer helpline, but got no response.
With all hope i am writing this to you. Please help.
I have proof of payment, purchase history, original box (where its mentioned jio pay),,jio phone and all documents inside the box.
