Dear Sir,
I have a few concerns about the newly issued HDFC Tata Neu Plus Credit Card (Issued on 9th Dec 22 and reached to me on 13th of Dec 22).
I have been misleaded and misguided by Mrs. Nilu Jha, HDFC Bank, Kishore Ganj Branch. Ranchi. She told me my first bill will be generated after 1 month from the date of 1st transaction. I did my first transaction on 26th of December 2022 but I received my first generated bill on 1st January 2023. She told me I can convert any transaction to EMI anytime but Tata Neu Customer Care denied converting the transaction to EMI. Also, she said my card will be delivered to my present address but the card was delivered to my permanent address. It’s really the height of false commitments.
Also, I have not yet received the required number of Neu coins as stated in the welcome letter with the Tata Neu Plus Credit Card. It is clearly written here that if I use the tata neu app for purchasing i will get (1% + 5%) or (2% + 5%) neu coins … But I received only 1% or 2% neu coins.
I am not going to pay a single penny until my due amount is converted into EMI and my first bill due date will be changed. Below are the required details.

Also, you can ask them to provide the conversation with the Customer Care Representative on 1800 258 282 638 on 4th of January 2023 at 15:19. I took Mr. J. P. in that conversation where he confessed that the above information is shared by Mrs. Nilu Jha.
