Hi this is to inform you that today we have booked 2 tickets from patym of Neu go bus pnr no 3720614 from delhi to Jaipur .as per the scheduled time we reached & before reaching I made the call to the conductor to ask about the exit gate of metro to reach the exact location of boarding & he said gate no 5 & when I reached at gate no 5 he said I asked you to exit from gate no 7 because of this I missed my bus in the night & he didn’t wait for me to come . I made him several calls & he kept asking about the seat no so that he can sell it to someone one else . & when I reached the station he asked me to come outside the main road & when I reached there he left again saying it’s not my fault & i cant wait . A day before only I have travelled from Jaipur to delhi where I have seen the driver has waited for 40mins for one customer . This is very pathetic behavior as they have done this to a women at 12am midnight to earn money in black . I want the refund as I have to buy the tickets again in some other bus .
